This Cookie Policy explains how alarmcrm uses cookies and similar technologies on the marketing website at alarmcrm.com. For the alarmcrm product itself, additional in-product controls apply — see the Privacy Policy for the full picture.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They help the site remember your preferences, understand which pages you visit, and improve how it works.
2. The cookies we use
Strictly necessary
We use a small number of cookies that are required for the site to work — for example, to keep track of your session if you fill out the "Book a demo" form and to remember your consent choices. These cookies cannot be turned off.
Analytics
We use Vercel Analytics, which collects aggregate traffic data such as the pages you visit, the device you use, and the country you visit from. Vercel Analytics does not use persistent visitor identifiers and is designed to operate without third-party tracking cookies. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any cross-site advertising trackers on this site.
Functional
If we add features such as live chat or video embeds in the future, those vendors may set their own cookies. We will update this policy and the cookie banner when that happens.
3. Your choices
Most browsers let you refuse cookies or delete existing ones. Refusing strictly necessary cookies may break parts of the site. If we add non-essential cookies in the future, you will see a cookie banner with an opt-in choice.
4. Do Not Track
We currently do not respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals because no industry standard exists for honoring them in a consistent way. We will revisit this if a standard emerges.
5. Changes
We will update this policy as our cookie usage changes. Material changes will appear on this page with a new effective date.
